房間很髒，很無語。 服務態度很好，給我換了幾次房間，但是還是不行。 順便説一句，房間窗戶不隔音，晚上很吵，摩託車狂奔的聲音聽得很清楚，如果不想失眠還是不要住了。

I stayed very briefly at the hotel on the 25th (room 1515), checking in and then out that same evening, as my flight was at 00:45 on the 26th. I had mistakenly thought my flight was the following day, but thanks to the gentleman at the front desk around 10pm, I managed to make it on time! I also want to express my gratitude to the two incredibly friendly ladies who checked me in. They went above and beyond to make me feel welcome, even though my stay was less than four hours. Their warmth and professionalism left a lasting impression. Although short, my experience was wonderful, and I truly appreciate the excellent service from the team.

這是我第一次去印尼，沒想到會在飯店有這麼可怕的經驗， 一開始房間進不去，後來發現居然是已經有人入住的房間。有一位男服務生的應對非常的好。 但我還是對於差點進到有人的房間感到很驚恐。 後來換了一間，冷氣非常不涼，後來飯店有幫我換到高樓層的房間。 但隔音很不好，外面的聲音太吵，一大早（五點多）就會被吵醒，不只住客很吵，連飯店走廊的古典音樂都很大聲。 雖然整理來說體驗非常不好，但我還是很感謝幫我處理的男服務生，他的應對讓我安心一點。所以服務的星星是給他的！

Cukup sering menggunakan hitel ini sebagai tempat penginapan ketika ke Jakarta. Kebersihan sangat bagus, pelayanan ramah, fasilitas oke, dan lokasi yang strategis karena berada di Jalan Sudirman.

The hotel was dirty and my room smelled of cigarettes- I requested a new room and the 2nd room smelled moldy. The bathroom was dirty and there was a water leak. It was close to my business meetings - will not stay again.
